shagged...
4 days of continuous swimming..
not leisure swim but training..
hard training..
ppl may think this is crazy la,
but i think its quite useful,
from the timings that i get today during lifeguard trg..
jeremy surprised us by turning up for our trg..
and his trg is like..u noe..
haix..poor legs..ytd cramp during the last sprint den until now still haven fully recover..
butt......
interestingly...i broke all my usual records in spite of my injury..
hei hei..not trying to show off ar..
just feel as if its a miracle..
can still rmb in jan my fastest timing for 50 free is 35(which is super duper slow)..
but today during the 6 laps of free sprints, i use 70% of my usual strength(coz wanna glide more..) and i hit 35sec constantly...
what's even more amazing is that i broke my lifesaving kick timing oso..
haha..50 sec for 50 backkick..act the last lap can go below that one, if i hadnt drunk down that mouth of water at the halfway mark dere...grrrrr..
but well..
its really useful to train like dat la..
though i agree with coach that my muscles will not have enough time to fully recover,
it definitely helps alot for the coming swim meet which is like next wed..
haha...
the medals for the competitive swimming will most likely be won by the swim team and the novice, if that 3 guys put in their best, i think we can get all the medals for novice section...haha..think i'm day dreaming..no..night dreaming...haha..
anw, the novice section is none of my business although i want to swim under dat...
shld have joined the swim team later and help get the medals first..haha..jkjk..
swim team is fun and nice la..
