I CAN'T IMAGINE HOW THE CAMP WOULD BE LIKE WITHOUT YOU..
IT'S NICE SLEEPING WITH U OSO..
BUT TOO BAD WE DIDN'T DO ANYTHING...

I THINK YOU BETTER WASH YOUR SLEEPING BAG, IF NOT YOU WILL DREAM OF MIN HAO EVERYTIME U SLP...

kk..enough of this nonsense man..
but honestly..i wouldn't have survived without the two of them, jj and wayne...
we went thru a triple trg tgt on the second day which killed me..
grrr...lucky got them plus the rest of the team..
so...

haha..love today's trg man, although its so tiring but it was fun!
haha, started off with 10 laps of warm up..
after that we had our 16 laps of intensive swimming..
first 4 laps are 1:30
after that cut down to 1:20
den to 1:10
and finally the last 4 laps to 1min!!!
this is crazy man...
the first 10 was still ok for me, coz i was using only 60% of my strength..
but the last 6 laps was horrendous man..
i had to go at 75% den 80 de finally last 2 laps i went at 100% la...
wad de..the last 4 laps was like no rest at all..the moment me and jj touch the wall, coach said 3,2,1, go!
siao one la..but lucky we got each other to pace...the first few laps we rotate and win, den after that, we were on par, den final lap i sprinted at the 10m mark, haha..den he was asking me how come i chiong..
main reason coz...to test whether how much i can sprint after i'm tired..
haha...but it was quite fun la..
den after that, did our own event time trial...
my 50m manikin didn't manage to hit my personal best..did only 48:31..
but rope throw i was damn happy man...
coz for the very first time i not only hit my PB but also broke the national records!!! haha..one time nia la..thanks ji peng...
9.31..new record..now the task is to maintain this timing everytime i train until the comp day itself..
haix..attendance for these few days' trgs were quite bad...everytime not the whole team is present...
liddat even if we wanna do relays oso can't do..train on individual events is good, but the relays are the ones that are more easy to attain medals if we practise more..haix..we are only left with 3 weeks ppl..3 weeks to train...
hmm...i'm starting to get worried for the team..
at the beginning of all the trgs, we set a goal to achieve top 5 rankings this yr...
this goal will never be possible if we dun go for trgs...
i was telling jj that we may be able to get 10 medals this year if we really worked hard..
so pls ppl...come for trg...just this 3 weeks...
let's all put in effort, train hard as a team and walk our way to victory as a team..
to those who are sick, take care and drink lots of water...
to those who are injured, pls rest more and recover fast...
to everyone, take good care of our own body and do not do not fall sick or get injured...
