This week is the first time we book out on a fri night ever since we stepped into the battalion, it still feels better to slp at home for 2 nights. :)
well, but the start of the week wasn't pleasant, first was an exercise which ended with a 16km route march from east coast to the camp. Passed by the changi safra chalet where my squad used to hold our chalets, it wasn't tiring when walking past the route where the few of us used to cylce, and memories just made its way to my mind as i look at those bungalows.
dat was the first 4km of the route march, the middle 8km was ok for me oso, but the last 4km made me very irritated, i can't believe dere are so many 'bapos' in changi area.
fyi, 'bapos' are people who dressed up like girls but with a man's voice which is deeper than mine.
The first bapo i saw was at the tanah merah ferry terminal and before 'he' speaks, i told my buddy dat got chio bu in front coz 'he' is really damn pretty, but the moment he speaks, i was just speechless, both me and my buddy were just too disgusted to say anything and we just walk faster and faster. The way they speak, the way they behave when they see guys just make my hair stand man...totally disgusted!!! just feel like bashing them up.. but thanks to them, my last 4 km wasn't tiring at all, in fact i walk faster than my first 12km..haha!!

I'm getting very worried now, after missing so many physical activities and swim pt which was my fav.. coz if i missed out too much , i wun be able to get my red beret in oct...all i can do now is to improve on my running..
To me, running 2.4km can be very tiring for some reasons, but on wed when i run 16km, it was rather enjoyable..maybe coz the 16km run was quite relaxed and the environment was good since it's at east coast park..but at least i feel that by running 16km, i'm able to improve on my stamina which i think shld be able to last me if i go all out for my 2.4km..
Kudos to all those that can complete the full marathon man, running 21km is not easy alr, i dunno how some can go for the full 42km..in 2 weeks time, i'm taking part in the army half marathon which is a 21km run, quite challenging i wld say, coz we'll only be trging until 16km, the last 5km is really a test to my mental strength, whether i can complete it under 2hr 15min all depends on my mind. Judging from the timing i run for the 16km on wed, i shld be able to make it, coz i got 45min left for my last 5km if i maintain the speed as wed.

Ytd was the first battalion jump but i cldn't jump with the rest due to my shoulder injury, so i stayed in camp to do all the admin suffs, quite sad sia, coz can't clock the fifth jump ytd, and somemore ytd's jump was from CH47, easy to jump out la, as compared to C130..nvm, i'll rest for another 20 days and after that i'll pay back during the brunei trip!

Wanna say goodbye to a very very good friend of mine who's going overseas for uni education. Wish u all the best dere! Guess i'll miss u ba, but anw really thanks for being my listening ear. :)
