the past one week was a hectic one for me, so much so that i forgot today was monday, when a person is busy, he can forget alot of things around him, including time, quite scary huh...well, act i prefer this type of schedule during the holidays la, can learn more things, gain more experience and make more friends, like the warehouse sale, made me learn how to promote products and get into contact with diff types of customers, but was quite satisfied with my own performance, esp the last day, in total, i sold more than 500 refurbished mp3 for the company!! haha, but of course not as pro as lester la, he even got the proactive employee award man, den bought his long awaited zen at a super cheap price, even lower than a staff price. Though being a sales promoter is quite tough, esp when there's alot of customers, but at the end of the sales, we got STAFF PROMOTION!! can buy certain products at a very very low price, price that not others can enjoy, coz boss says is to reward our efforts, yep, so i bought one zen stone plus(super small but super cute) for myself, 1 for my sis, 1 super good quality earphone and a zen stone plus power pack, haha, wad's interesting is that in the end i only have 20 plus bucks as my pay..haha..but all these purchase are worth it one..see....being a creative staff can be a good thing.
Today went back unit for the promotion, haix, realise a very big difference in the squad that i used to take..after revision on fri they can still made so many mistakes..hmm, i can only say one thing la, if ur really put in the effort to practise ur drills and show it to us, there's no reason why we want to fail u..its ur rank, not ours, we had gone thru this long before u all, and at a much more stricter criteria...we had our last promotion for 6 hours without water break, but ur had thrice or even more than that, imagine the fatigue, thirst and hunger that we had to go thru, somemore under hot sun leh, i will nvr forget that last promotion man..haix.."if we lower the standard of the promotions and all of u pass, will u all be proud of it?" dats the question that all of us want to ask u all now...
I really hate it when we spent so much effort planning the promos, setting the promo dates, coming up with the promo paper, all the admin stuff and came down to take them, and yet the cadets give us sth that is not equivalent to the effort that we put in...not even the same man...i guess the act that eric they all take last fri haven wake all of them up, and guess there's alot of issue that need to be raised during the next AGM, if not i seriously dunno how long the gold can sustain...
have been standing alot for the past 5 days, now my knee hurts like hell, tmr still have to go back and take them for theory and prac, hope we wun vomit blood when we mark the scripts..but before that, i shall do some swimming, i mean go for my training la...quite long nvr swim liao....
yay, 1 more day to squad chalet, 6 more days to spf work attachment, 13 days to LQ gathering, 38 days to falcon's chalet and 43 days left to enjoy the holidays!!
