last thurs was a very sad day for me, was so disappointed with myself when i cant hit the timing for my BM..the test requires us to put on long sleeve and pants, den upon seeing the victim struggles, i am supposed to strip off from my clothings and swim 50m dere and tow the victim back, all within 3mins 15sec...seems easy right? dats wad i thought too, but when i really try it out the first time, my timing was 3mins 54 sec!!!! oh gosh...i could see the disappointment from my coach's face, i was extremely upset at that moment. dunno wad to say man...just keep telling myself that i will do it the next time, and guess wad, I MADE IT TODAY!!! my timing was 2mins 45 sec!!!! haha...i improved by 1min 9sec...haha...i was damn happy man...this was jovia's best timing when she took her BM...hmm, i'm gonna work harder and try to maintain this timing or even do better...plan out a self training program for myself coz from next week onwards, every thurs have to stay back for the chem detention class(nice name huh....) den will be missing alot of trainings so had to catch up with others...ji peng says he wants to improve on his stroking for freestyle, hmm, looks like its time for me to improve on my stroking as well, so the both of us have agreed to train our strokings and stamina every wed after sch...den sat got extra stamina and speed training with other J1 lifeguards, den on sun, CK will be taking some of my cadets for lifesaving course, so will be going dere to help him and to train on my own too...den every mon's PE is waterpolo, so after that can train awhile oso, hmm, so i will be like training 5 days a week sia...haha...

hmm, that is one thing that makes me happy today, another thing is that Joan is coming back tmr!!! haha...miss her alot manx...dunno leh, but when she sms me saying that she's back, i was thrilled manx....looking forward to tmr..can talk to her for very long liao...haha...welcome back!!!

haha, very happy today!!! but too bad, i dunno who to share this happiness with...if only i could share this with her...hmm, anw just hope she would take care and stay happy....=D
