hmm, was sick for the past few days, mon went to see doc den the doc say i got high fever but only gave me one day mc but told me not to do vigorous exercise for the next one week, hmm, true la, should let my body recover first before exercising again, which means that i wun be attending lifeguard training for this week, but today got napfa, no choice la, dun wanna take the retest next week so went to run despite of my illness, the first 3 rounds was ok for me coz we can listen to music when we run ma, den last time i got this habit of listening to music when jogging in the park, so i tried to run with the music, quite effective u noe, esp when i listen to rock music, den make me run slightly faster, but after the fourth round, i start to feel giddy and my vision starts to get abit blur, but i cant just stop wad, so bo bian la, have to run on, den as i run, cold sweat was trickling down my cheeks la, and its really cold and i could feel myself shivering, was kinda scared dat i might collapse but it was my determination which spurred me on. so at the last 100m mark, i sprinted with all the energy that i have in my body...and i just lay flat on the ground, feel like vomitting and so giddy dat i had to wait awhile before i could actually stand up straight. haix...painful experience sia...learnt my lesson, dun run when i'm sick, if not i will die manx...BUT BUT BUT!!! my 2.4 timing was....11mins!! hahax...its quite slow for a guy liao la, haix...really sad, coz was able to perform better one, could have gotten an 'A', but in the end got a 'B'...cant get my full 30 points liao la...*sob sob*...haix...just hope dat all my 5 items can get straight 'A's lor...should be can la...got train so sure can one!!

these few days dunno why but i just keep doing my maths tutorial manx...siao liao, ytd finish tutorial 10 today complete three quarter of tutorial 11...omg, am i ok??? hahax...should be la...yea manx, later and tmr gonna focus on my physics test which is on fri, this time must pass liao...my recent chem test got an 'A', next maths test must get an 'A' oso, den hope econs essay test next week can get a 'B' den the coming physics test hope can pass...ytd see dat fellow get the spf-jc book prize...how i wish dat person could be me manx...lol =P and hor..pls guys, dun everytime see police den alert me..i noe i wanna be a police but dun need liddat one, not everything about spf is related to me one...aiyo...i not that clever to go up and receive the book prize la...only 10 out of the whole cohort gets it lehx...arghh...nvm, work hard raymond....be consistent and gain urself a scholarship next year....kambatei!!!!! kae...go mug physics liao...BUAIz!!!!
